The cartridge is pre-tested to determine its condition. |

The cartridge is completely disassembled and parts are examined.
Damaged parts are replaced with new parts.

Each part is thoroughly cleaned of any toner that may have been
accumulated during the use or shipment.

| Step 4: |
The photosensitive drum is replaced with a new long life
OPC drum as required by the test.

| Step 5: |
The toner bin is emptied, cleaned and filled with 20% to 30%
more ultra graphics toner.

| Step 6: |
Adjustments are made to the developer roller and the cartridge
is reassembled and resealed to prevent leakage of toner during shipment.

The remanufactured cartridge is re-tested on our equipment |
| Step 8: |
The remanufactured cartridge is sealed in a static and light proof
foil bag and shipped to you with a fuser wand for your immediate use. |
